STILL NOT SURE?

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What do I need to qualify for a rental with C4R Solutions?

To qualify, renters must have a valid driver’s license, pass a background check, provide the required documents, and make the first week’s payment before receiving the vehicle.

2. Do you require a credit check?

No. C4R Solutions does not require a credit check to rent a vehicle. However, all renters must complete our approval process, including document verification and a background check.

3. Do I need my own insurance, or can C4R Solutions provide insurance?

Renters may use their own qualified insurance if it meets our requirements. C4R Solutions may also offer a rental option that includes insurance for an additional weekly cost.

4. How much does it cost to rent a vehicle weekly?

Our weekly rental rate is $400 per week if you provide your own approved insurance. If C4R Solutions provides insurance, the rate is $450 per week.

5. Are your vehicles approved for Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Instacart, or other gig platforms?

C4R Solutions provides vehicles for gig workers and rideshare drivers. Renters should confirm that the vehicle meets the current requirements of the platform they plan to drive for, such as Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Instacart, or similar services.

6. How long can I keep the rental?

Our rentals are weekly. We prefer renters who are looking for longer-term rentals, but vehicles may be rented on a week-to-week basis as long as the account remains in good standing and the vehicle is available.

7. What documents do I need to submit before renting?

Renters must provide a valid driver’s license, a copy of the front and back of the license, proof of active rideshare or gig platform registration if applicable, and proof of insurance if using their own coverage.

8. Do you require a background check?

Yes. C4R Solutions requires a background check for all renters to help protect our fleet and maintain a safe rental process.

9. When is payment due, and what payment methods do you accept?

The first week’s payment is due at the time of signing the rental agreement before the vehicle is released. Payment options will be provided during the approval and booking process.

10. What happens if the vehicle is returned late, damaged, or with tickets/tolls?

Renters are responsible for returning the vehicle on time and in the same condition it was received. Any late returns, damages, tickets, tolls, fees, or violations during the rental period will be charged to the renter according to the rental agreement.
